What you'll do

• Provide general medical care and care coordination
• conduct histories, physical exams, preventive assessments, and evaluations for care gaps
• address chronic and acute complaints
• document diagnoses and care plans
• order appropriate tests
• coordinate specialty consultation and post-discharge care
• conduct in-person and alternative-modality visits
• participate in pop-up clinics
• provide alternating on-call coverage
• drive within the assigned region
• maintain required cross-state licensure as needed.
