What you'll do

• Provide individual and family therapy
• complete initial assessments, CANS, ACORN, CRAFFT, treatment plans, progress notes, service logs, and documentation of client and collateral contacts
• obtain insurance authorization to start and continue treatment
• integrate program services
• attend case-related team activities, personnel meetings, and weekly supervision
• collaborate with treatment team members
• participate in quality improvement and assurance projects
• maintain at least 20 billable hours per week and at least 25 hours of open availability for client scheduling.
