What you'll do

• Teach private one-on-one and small-group swim lessons at family pools
• plan lessons around each swimmer’s age, ability, and goals
• track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve
• keep lessons safe and engaging
• travel to lessons within the distance selected by the instructor
• accept lesson offers that fit the instructor’s schedule.
