Customer Service Representative — Service Department

What you'll do

• Answer service-related calls and emails
• address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues
• communicate scheduling changes and delays
• coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service calls
• prepare next-business-day technician schedules by 4:30 p.m.
• create and review purchase orders
• assign and manage work orders
• review and correct technician time entries
• monitor quoted jobs and schedule approved work
• maintain service records
• coordinate open purchase orders with the Billing Analyst.
