What you'll do

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email with parts inquiries
• use catalogs and inventory systems to locate parts and process sales and invoices
• receive, stock, organize, and count inventory
• place special orders and coordinate with suppliers
• provide basic parts compatibility and installation guidance
• document sales, returns, and inventory transactions
• collaborate with service and sales teams
• keep the parts counter and surrounding area clean and organized.
