The Senior Instructor/Facilitator is an onsite role based in Springfield, VA. The compensation for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. This role supports the Leader Development team at Pherson, a consulting firm serving the Intelligence Community. The role exists to design, develop, and deliver advanced leadership training for adult learners. The facilitator will provide subject-matter expertise, guide learners through experiential activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with mission priorities.

What you'll do

• Instruct and facilitate courses for adult learners at all levels.
• Serve as a senior instructor for assigned courses.
• Provide strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver instructor-led in-person and online courses.
• Create curriculum and conduct curriculum maintenance.
• Adjust curriculum and develop new curriculum based on stakeholder feedback and market research.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of the Leadership and Supervisory Learning Solutions Program.
• Provide formal, informal, or non-formal training.
• Instruct and facilitate courses for senior executives and leaders.
