What you'll do

• Lead daily QC laboratory operations and supervise personnel
• establish GMP practices, controls, and documentation standards
• develop, qualify, validate, and improve analytical methods and procedures
• lead investigations into OOS and atypical results, deviations, and nonconformances
• review data and documentation
• oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification
• support data integrity, SOPs, specifications, validation, audit readiness, and inspections
• coordinate testing priorities and resources
• train and mentor staff
• partner with QA, Manufacturing, R&D, and Operations on quality and process improvements.
