Maintenance Parts Coordinator

The Maintenance Parts Coordinator role is onsite at East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT. Pay is $37 per hour. The position supports Sibanye-Stillwater’s mobile maintenance goals of improving labor productivity, reducing maintenance costs, and increasing equipment reliability. The coordinator connects Maintenance Reliability/Planning with Warehouse/Purchasing by organizing parts, resources, work requests, and equipment logistics. This work helps ensure scheduled maintenance can be executed with needed resources and controlled inventory.

What you'll do

• Coordinate resource requirements for scheduled work and maintenance programs
• maintain inventory control and stocking levels
• monitor offsite work
• review backlog requests and work orders
• determine resources needed for tasks
• confirm resources are available for scheduled work
• enter pre-operation inspection work orders
• plan for light-duty vehicle and transportation fleets
• support equipment additions, transfers, and decommissions
• coordinate equipment transportation
• and assist with parts stock requests and inventory assessments.
