What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-created prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, sort, and measure ingredients
• track inventory and support resupply
• store food properly
• monitor food and cooling-room temperatures
• and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen. Line cooks prepare ingredients and cook food to recipe, quality, and presentation standards
• operate kitchen equipment
• set up and break down workstations
• and clean and disinfect kitchen areas and equipment. Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and keep dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and available throughout the shift.
