The role also supports outreach, recruiting, onboarding, and office operations to help maintain dependable in-home care and strengthen referral relationships.

What you'll do

• Match caregivers with clients and manage schedules, call-outs, open shifts, and changes
• support client intake and onboarding
• conduct client visits and follow up on service quality
• maintain schedules and records
• escalate urgent issues
• conduct community outreach and maintain referral contacts
• assist with caregiver recruiting, screening, onboarding, and office tasks.
