What you'll do

• Train employees on safety procedures and enforce personal protective equipment requirements
• conduct daily safety spot checks
• guide the team toward KPIs and production goals
• coach and onboard employees
• ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• identify process and equipment improvements
• compile shift reports
• coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with maintenance
• manage schedules, hours, performance, and audits using software
• report incidents promptly.
