Toddler Teacher

The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in The Colony, TX. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The teacher joins Legacy Day School's early childhood education team, supporting children ages 12 to 36 months and partnering with families. The role creates a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. It contributes to children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate learning, routines, observation, and family communication.

What you'll do

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• communicate with parents about daily activities, milestones, and progress
• manage feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty-training assistance
• observe development and tailor learning experiences.
