The Project Manager, Custom Residential Construction role is based in Park City, UT, and offers compensation of $110,000 to $140,000 plus a performance bonus. The project manager leads assigned residential builds from late-stage pre-construction through completion and handover. The role coordinates field operations, clients, architects, design consultants, and trade subcontractors while managing schedules, quality, safety, finances, documentation, and site logistics.

What you'll do

• Oversee custom residential construction projects from pre-construction handoff through final punch list
• direct and support field superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule
• coordinate budgets, early client consultations, and project handovers
• serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and design consultants
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and cost tracking
• monitor critical path schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics.
