What you'll do

• Design and develop software applications using Gradle, Java, and Python
• gather and evaluate customer requirements
• write, test, debug, and deploy code
• conduct code reviews
• troubleshoot defects and performance issues
• contribute to project planning
• collaborate with product managers, developers, subject matter experts, and leadership
• design accessible user interfaces
• explore AI and LLM integration opportunities
• build interfaces to external requirements tools
• mentor junior software engineers.
