Job overview

Compensation is $80–$100 per hour. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Chantilly, VA, with flexible shifts and a stated schedule of 15–25 hours per week. The role provides Applied Behavior Analysis services under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA. The analyst assesses behavior, develops and monitors individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with families and treatment teams to support progress for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments
  • develop individualized treatment plans
  • design, implement, and monitor ABA interventions
  • analyze client data and recommend treatment adjustments
  • provide supervision and support to RBTs and direct-care staff as assigned
  • collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals
  • provide caregiver training
  • maintain clinical documentation
  • and follow ethics, regulations, and organizational policies.
