What you'll do
- Oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- monitor attendance and arrange coverage when needed
- guide and mentor staff
- conduct performance evaluations and address concerns with the Director of Nursing
- assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- monitor resident conditions and documentation
- respond to emergencies and communicate critical updates
- conduct rounds
- monitor regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety
- participate in QAPI initiatives
- and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
