Assistant Cutting Operator (Jogger) — First Shift

The Assistant Cutting Operator (Jogger) role is onsite in Arlington, TX, with pay of $15–$17 per hour. The schedule is primarily 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for eight or more hours per day; training may occur at other times. The role supports 4over’s cutting production process. The assistant helps the lead operator set up and safely operate cutting equipment while keeping accurately jogged and measured paper moving to the cutting section. The work supports production flow and customer specifications through organized batches, accurate logs, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Weigh and jog paper for cutting
• maintain product flow to cutters
• coordinate with cutter operators
• arrange incoming batches
• maintain the cutting log
• move waste and recycling receptacles
• complete required records
• keep equipment and workstations safe
• wear required PPE
• report hazards and work-related injuries
• perform housekeeping duties and support coworkers.
