• Perform basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and equipment repair
• follow standard operating procedures to install, inspect, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste-management systems
• use technical documents and work-tracking tools as needed.
