What you'll do

• Sell maintenance and repair services
• help execute strategies to improve average repair order, car count, and service conversion
• train and coach service advisors and technicians
• consult with customers and follow up
• ensure vehicle inspections are thorough and accurately presented
• support shop safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance
• run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
• assist with reports, scheduling, payroll support, and KPI tracking.
