Resident Project Representative

Job overview

The Resident Project Representative role is onsite in Laurel, MD, at the Potomac Water Filtration Plant; compensation is $45–$60 per hour. The position supports capital improvement projects at the plant.

What you'll do

• Provide full-time field representation and observe construction
• monitor progress and contractor compliance
• document deficiencies, field issues, and daily work
• coordinate with contractors, designers, plant operations, inspectors, and stakeholders
• review submittals, schedules, and payment applications
• document meetings and project records
• and support commissioning, testing, turnover, and closeout.
