Floor Operations Manager

The manager leads front-of-house operations to deliver guest service and dining experiences while supporting service quality, staff development, cleanliness, and sales performance. The role also coordinates service and event execution and monitors operating costs and revenue.

What you'll do

• Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• train employees on restaurant procedures, customer service, and POS systems
• address guest concerns
• oversee seating, reservations, and coordination with kitchen staff
• monitor cleanliness, food quality, inventory, and sanitation
• support private events, catering, and banquets
• manage cash handling
• monitor sales and control costs through labor scheduling, inventory management, and waste reduction.
