Reservations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily reservations operations and department coverage
• supervise, schedule, train, coach, and counsel colleagues
• maintain departmental standards and procedures
• liaise with the Global Reservations Center
• assist with reservation calls as needed
• review arrival and VIP reports
• manage inventory and availability to reduce oversells
• process travel agency and Booking.com commissions
• prepare productivity reports
• maintain rate codes and reservation entries in Opera
• address guest concerns and monitor labor expenses.
