What you'll do

• Manage escrow accounts and perform periodic analyses
• process tax and insurance disbursements
• review insurance documentation and track missing, insufficient, or expiring policies
• coordinate force-placed insurance when needed
• administer flood insurance tracking and borrower notifications
• manage PMI eligibility and cancellation requirements
• support construction-loan insurance transitions
• respond to borrower inquiries
• assist with audits, reporting, quality control, and portfolio maintenance.
