What you'll do

• Execute sales and marketing plans for an assigned territory
• generate new referral opportunities and maintain and grow current referral sources
• develop relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers
• present disease-specific Right Path Programs through the MPower sales process
• plan territory routing and sales calls
• document activity in the CRM
• coordinate with clinical operations
• prepare territory reports
• conduct community outreach and assess community needs.
