What you'll do

• Create FedEx labels to retrieve computer systems from off-site employees
• prepare shipping boxes
• process inbound and outbound packages and equipment
• inventory equipment for reuse, recycling, or resale
• update spreadsheets and service tickets
• maintain organized inventory locations and chain of custody
• coordinate equipment returns with company personnel and the legal department
• respond to email and chat
• provide feedback on team needs and improvements.
