What you'll do

• Manage client accounts, bill payments, balances, and personal budgets
• maintain compliance with financial limits and explore trusts or spenddowns
• provide financial documentation
• handle Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security, and Medicare applications, updates, and reviews
• submit required earnings reports
• coordinate tax preparation
• manage funeral and special needs trusts
• complete energy assistance applications and maintain records.
