The Information Warfare Solutions Developer is an onsite role based in Stafford, VA. The developer will lead the creation of prototype capabilities, conduct in-depth mission system analyses, and serve as a technical advisor to ensure that new technologies are effectively integrated into tactical and operational workflows.

What you'll do

• Serve as a principal technical advisor for IW research and development projects.
• Develop small to large-scale prototype capabilities using coding, automation, and AI.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify critical shortfalls across SIGINT, EW, and Cyber workflows.
• Assess project proposals for technical feasibility and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between organizational and external stakeholders to synchronize capability development.
