What you'll do

• Assess or define youth strengths and needs
• provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral interventions
• support schedules and daily routines
• may assist with meal distribution and activities
• document daily summaries and participate in meetings and program evaluation
• coach personal care, health, hygiene, nutrition, and life skills
• teach problem-solving and coping techniques
• advocate for youth
• provide transportation as needed
• dispense and document medications as directed
• maintain safe program areas.
