Construction Estimator

The Construction Estimator role is onsite in Saco, ME. Compensation is not specified. The estimator prepares proposals and project estimates for PM Construction, supporting project procurement and bid submissions.

What you'll do

• Review requests for proposals, plans, and specifications to determine scope, materials, compliance factors, and project costs
• coordinate the estimating process and identify opportunities
• complete takeoffs and cost listings
• coordinate insurance requirements and RFQ paperwork
• solicit current subcontractor and supplier pricing
• price change orders and project impacts
• maintain estimate records
• and support project kickoff and prequalification documentation.
