What you'll do

• Review ancillary policies and verify claims against contract coverage
• process verified claims in the online portal and document communications
• coordinate payments on approved claims with repair facilities
• respond to claim and coverage inquiries
• maintain records and follow-up tracking
• investigate and evaluate complex claims within authority limits
• analyze supporting documentation
• and collaborate on complex claim scenarios.
