What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns and escalate according to procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity
• prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Why this role
