Homecare Care Manager

The Homecare Care Manager role is onsite in Vero Beach, FL. Pay is $22 to $30 per hour. Right at Home West Palm Beach and Vero Beach connects clients, caregivers, families, and its team through communication and care. The care manager serves as a liaison, conducts initial assessments, and follows client and caregiver needs over time. By coordinating communication, reviewing reports, and supporting caregivers, the role helps maintain responsive, consistent home care.

What you'll do

• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and the agency
• conduct initial client assessments
• build client relationships through communication and follow-up
• conduct new-hire orientations
• review RightAssist reports and communicate findings
• manage and support the Guide Program
• assist with HR onboarding and documentation
• support caregiver engagement and accountability
• identify and communicate changes in client needs, caregiver performance, scheduling, or service
• participate in client and caregiver follow-up
• help resolve issues.
