• Manage onboarding, employment documents, induction, employee changes, and offboarding
• maintain BambooHR and employee records
• coordinate benefits enrollment and leave administration
• collect and validate payroll inputs
• respond to employee questions
• maintain policies and HR materials
• prepare reports and dashboards
• use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve workflows
• identify process gaps and implement agreed improvements.
