Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite at the Sheraton Augusta Hotel in Augusta, GA. The technician maintains the hotel’s physical structure and surrounding areas, handles routine repairs, monitors equipment and utilities, and responds to guest service requests to help keep hotel spaces and systems in working order.

What you'll do

• Perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, and related maintenance
• notify management when major repairs or additions are needed
• respond to guest service requests
• keep records of completed rooms
• program phone equipment
• observe equipment and utility meter readings
• maintain safety data files and parts supplies
• and learn emergency procedures.
