The Security Shift Supervisor – Port Traffic Operations role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Pay is $19.90 per hour. The supervisor coordinates security services on an assigned shift and supports port safety and traffic operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on the assigned shift
• serve as liaison among officers, the site supervisor, and account or field operations management
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within the approved empowerment range
• handle common and crisis situations calmly
• prepare written reports and logs
• provide professional customer service and communication.

Why this role

At least two years of supervisory security experience is required. A TWIC card is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 21 and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience. Prior law enforcement, corrections, or military experience is encouraged.
