What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software support for customer situations ranging from simple to complex.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, help minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds, and provide future tax-planning advice.
• Address customer inquiries, build long-term client relationships, and engage local prospects through outreach and marketing.
