What you'll do

• Write repair estimates using industry-standard software such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex
• inspect vehicle damage and determine repair plans
• communicate with customers
• negotiate and finalize estimates with insurance adjusters
• identify hidden damage and prepare supplements
• coordinate with technicians and management
• maintain repair files
• and ensure repairs meet safety, OEM, and quality standards.
