Direct Support Professional — Imperial Base

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with pay of $22.50–$24.00 per hour for awake hours and $17.50 per hour for night supervision from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Learnability provides home- and community-based services for adults with disabilities; this position supports a young man served by Imperial Base. The professional provides person-centered assistance that promotes independence, safety, and quality of life. The role supports daily living, community participation, individualized goals, and positive behavior while coordinating with the client’s family and support team.

• Provide one-on-one assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
