The Architect role is an onsite position based in Flagstaff, AZ, with a salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 per year. This role supports a design-forward custom residential architecture and planning studio specializing in luxury homes throughout the Mountain West. The role exists to develop and deliver complex custom homes by integrating architectural intent, structural logic, and buildability. The Architect will lead projects through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation while coordinating closely with structural engineers and builders.

What you'll do

• Lead and contribute to projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
• Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models and drawing sets
• Coordinate architectural intent with structural, civil, and MEP consultants
• Apply strong structural understanding to inform layout, spans, systems, and constructability
• Collaborate closely with builders to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and buildable
• Participate in client presentations and design discussions
• Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
