What you'll do

• Inspect facilities, grounds, common areas, restrooms, and mechanical spaces
• assist with production equipment repairs
• perform general maintenance such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, cubicle assembly, inventory management, and snow removal
• prioritize work orders
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections
• supervise outside contractors and tradespersons
• travel between assigned SIG locations per schedule
• follow safety and ISO procedures
• participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities
• communicate issues and complete assigned tasks on time.
