What you'll do

• Assist with electronic claim transmission and verify submissions
• review claims for completeness and accuracy
• identify transmission errors and rejections
• prepare paper claims and supporting documentation
• track submissions
• answer patient billing calls and explain account information
• review accounts and direct complex issues
• maintain billing records and patient account information
• protect confidential information
• research rejected claims and follow up on outstanding submissions
• perform data entry, scanning, and filing.
