What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
• carry out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity.
