The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Clinic-Based, Cypress role is in person at a clinic in Cypress, TX. The stated base salary is $85,000–$113,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Reliant ABA Therapy serves children from birth through age 12 and works alongside in-house speech, occupational, and physical therapy teams. The BCBA develops and oversees evidence-based ABA treatment plans and provides clinic-based services to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The role analyzes clinical data, adjusts treatment to support client progress, supervises and mentors Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborates with other clinical disciplines.

Why this role

Clinic-based role with no driving between homes; Monday–Friday flexible hours and no weekends. Caseload is 7–8 clients with a 30-hour weekly billable target. Requires a master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and Texas licensure (LBA).
