The role keeps indoor common areas and exterior grounds clean, orderly, and presentable, helping maintain a safe and welcoming property for residents and visitors. It also supports the maintenance team and property operations as needed.

What you'll do

• Clean laundry rooms and vacuum buildings and foyers as needed
• check, clean, and replace light fixtures and bulbs
• prepare trash areas and remove debris
• pick up trash and keep common areas neat
• sweep sidewalks and curbs, shovel walkways, and sand or salt icy areas
• leaf-blow grounds
• water, weed, prune, mulch, and occasionally plant landscaping
• clean recreational and pool areas and assist with patio furniture setup and takedown
• walk the property daily to check cleanliness and condition
• maintain storage areas and supplies
• complete paint touch-ups when requested
• assist with abandoned-property removal and the maintenance team
• attend required training and meetings.
