What you'll do

• Audit, clean, analyze, and maintain qualitative and quantitative program data
• maintain program documentation
• supervise data support advocates’ work
• prepare reports and presentations
• support team deployment strategies with data insights
• audit Survey123 and Apricot entries
• transfer outreach data into Apricot
• monitor human services referrals and outcomes
• provide technical assistance to application users
• collaborate with program data managers and leadership
• maintain confidential law enforcement records.
