Reconstruction Field Supervisor

The Reconstruction Field Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Yorktown, VA, paying $30–$35 per hour. ServiceMaster Premier Restoration Services provides restoration and reconstruction services to people facing property damage in the community. The role exists to lead and perform repair and restoration work on residential and commercial structures after water or fire damage, while maintaining safe, organized job sites and quality standards. The supervisor performs carpentry and finish repairs, coordinates with clients and project leaders, documents work, and provides task oversight and mentoring to junior technicians when assigned.

What you'll do

• Build, repair, and restore residential and commercial structures
• perform framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring, siding, and general carpentry repairs
• select materials
• install fixtures and finish hardware
• complete assigned work under project and department managers
• maintain job-site safety and organization
• communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and construction professionals
• document work with photos and notes
• maintain equipment and company vehicle
• assist with warehouse organization
• participate in training and safety meetings
• serve in the scheduled on-call rotation
• provide field supervision and monitor crew safety and work quality when assigned.
