What you'll do

• obtain authorization before additional work
• coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service management
• communicate repair status and changes
• manage repair orders through completion
• review invoices and completed repairs
• maintain accurate documentation
• address customer concerns
• follow dealership and manufacturer requirements and safety procedures.
