What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned unit
• lead, mentor, and support nurses, CNAs, and support staff
• monitor workflow, staffing, and scheduling
• collaborate with department heads to address resident needs
• conduct rounds to check staff engagement, care-plan adherence, and compliance
• provide performance feedback and coaching
• communicate with residents, families, and staff
• participate in care-plan meetings
• assist with onboarding and training.
