The assembler follows work instructions to fit components, finish and inspect products, and prepare completed items for packaging or shipping. Cross-training across product lines helps the team support production needs and meet daily goals.

What you'll do

• Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other products using work instructions, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring as applicable
• apply graphics and decals
• clean, finish, and inspect products
• review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists
• stage materials and move finished products for packaging or shipping
• communicate shortages, quality concerns, and process issues
• maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow PPE requirements
• collaborate and cross-train across lines.
