The Field Service Technician — Monday–Friday Day Shift role is based onsite in Mokena, IL, with extensive travel to customer sites throughout the Midwest, up to 90% of the time, including overnight stays as business needs require. Pay is $21.40–$36.50 per hour. The technician maintains modular equipment and buildings at customer sites and the branch. The role exists to keep customer equipment and modular buildings safe, functional, and ready for use while supporting a positive customer experience. Work includes troubleshooting and repairs across building systems, routine maintenance and construction, equipment installation, customer training, and accurate asset records.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and perform construction involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, HVAC, roofing, and electrical systems
• inspect equipment and vehicles and report exceptions
• operate a company vehicle and travel to customer sites
• read blueprints, schematics, work orders, and floor plans
• use hand and power tools
• install and repair equipment
• train customer employees on machinery maintenance
• conduct trial runs and record asset information.
